Our Process & Timeline

How long does a kitchen remodeling project take?

Kitchen remodeling typically takes 6-8 months total. This includes 1-2 months for design, 4-6 weeks for permitting and scheduling, and 3-4 months for construction.

Timeline varies by scope. A full bathroom remodel typically takes 3-5 months including design and construction phases. We provide specific timelines during your consultation.

We handle both design and construction under one roof. You work with one team from concept to completion. No coordinating between separate designers and contractors.

For single-room renovations like kitchens or bathrooms, most clients remain in their homes. We protect unaffected areas and maintain daily cleanup. For whole house renovations, we can discuss whether staying or relocating temporarily makes more sense.

You’ll meet weekly with your project manager and coordinator during construction. Our online system provides real-time updates, schedules, and communication access anytime.

We measure your space, establish your design philosophy, and create photorealistic 3D renderings. You’ll select every material in our showroom. The design phase typically takes 1-2 months.

These are detailed 3D visualizations showing exactly how your finished space will look. They show actual cabinet colors, countertop patterns, how light reflects in the space, and all design details. What you see in the rendering is what you’ll get.

Yes. We obtain and manage all necessary permits for your project. You don’t need to do anything related to permitting.

We assist with HOA approval processes. We prepare all required documentation and design plans. While you typically need to be the official submitter, we provide everything you need and guidance throughout.

Pricing & Budget

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

Basement finishing costs depend on the size of your basement, the finishes you select, and whether you add features like a bathroom. We offer free cost appraisals where we’ll visit your home and provide a realistic estimate.

Yes. After the initial consultation, we collect a design deposit before beginning the design phase. We also collect a deposit when the construction contract is signed.

The price we quote is the price you pay. We don’t use allowances or estimate-based pricing. You select every detail before construction begins, so there are no surprise costs.

Change orders are rare in our projects. They typically occur only when structural damage is discovered after demolition or when you request scope additions beyond the original design.

Every project includes design services, photorealistic renderings, all materials, permits, project management, construction, weekly meetings, and warranty coverage. Nothing is extra unless you request additions beyond the original scope.

Design Services

What makes your design services different?

Design is the foundation of what we do. We’re designers who build, not contractors who offer basic design. Your designer stays involved from initial consultation through final completion.
