"Construction process was smooth, much quicker than anticipated, and the crew was extremely skillful with expertise in all aspects of the work: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and tile. They were extremely courteous and friendly throughout. We are extremely happy with the end result. The kitchen is bright and feels bigger than we had anticipated."
"Through the whole design process, Talha was willing to make changes as we thought through it. We changed our mind on a few things and he adjusted the designs. The renderings he created were so accurate. What we saw in the pictures is exactly what we got. Every single day when we walk into this kitchen, we smile. We can't recommend Talha and Boss Design Center highly enough."
"What stood out about Boss Design was that they weren't just contractors. They were designers first. The kitchen they created for us is exactly what we wanted, with plenty of cabinet space and better flow than we thought possible in our layout. They finished on time and on budget, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with."
Your designer stays on your project from initial consultation through the final walkthrough. No handoffs to someone who doesn't know your vision or what was agreed.
We don't use allowances. Every material is selected before construction begins, so the price we quote is the price you pay.
Before a single wall comes down, you'll see exactly what your finished home will look like in detailed 3D renderings created for each space.
We design it, permit it, build it, and stand behind it. If something needs attention after the project is done, there's one team to call.

Whole-house remodeling means renovating multiple spaces under one cohesive design plan. Every room we touch is designed to feel like it belongs together.
From layout changes and cabinet design to appliance selection and custom finishes, we redesign kitchens around how your family uses the space.
Master suites, guest baths, and powder rooms redesigned with consistent materials and fixtures that tie back to your home’s overall design story.
Need more square footage? We design and build additions that connect seamlessly to your existing home in both structure and aesthetic.
Turn unused lower-level space into a functional living area, home office, or entertainment room, fully integrated with the rest of your renovation.
Multi-room projects coordinated under a single design vision, single contract, and single project team from first consultation through final walkthrough.
We handle the unique requirements of condo renovations, including HOA approvals and building coordination, with the same design-first approach.

Our projects include a 5-year warranty on structural work and a 1-year warranty on all other aspects of the completed renovation. If anything needs attention after completion, you have one company to call.
It typically covers multiple spaces renovated under one cohesive design plan. That might be kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, living areas, bedrooms, and a finished basement, or just a few key rooms. We establish a single design philosophy that runs through every space, so nothing feels disconnected when the project is done.
Timeline depends on the scope. Multi-room renovations naturally take longer than single-room projects. Some families stay home during renovation with work phased to keep certain areas livable. Others temporarily relocate for faster completion. We’ll discuss realistic timelines during your initial consultation.
We use fixed-rate contracts with no allowances. Every material is selected and every cost is calculated before construction starts. Change orders only happen in two situations: if structural issues are uncovered during demolition, or if you decide to add scope beyond what was originally agreed. Nothing is left open-ended or priced out later. The number we agree on before construction is the number you pay.
Yes. The designer you meet with at the start stays involved through completion. They don’t hand off your project once a contract is signed. We call this our boutique service model. It means no loss of context, no repeating yourself to different people, and someone who is personally invested in the outcome because they created the design from scratch.
Yes. We obtain and manage all required permits for the full scope of work. That includes preparing permit applications, paying required fees, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with local Bethesda and Montgomery County building departments. You don’t need to do anything on the permitting side. We take care of it from start to finish.
It depends on the scope of work. For multi-room projects, we can often phase construction to keep certain areas of your home functional while other areas are being worked on. We protect unaffected spaces, maintain daily cleanup, and keep construction zones contained. For larger whole-house renovations, some homeowners prefer to temporarily relocate to get the project done faster. We’ll walk through both options with you during planning.
Yes. We create photorealistic 3D renderings for every space being renovated. You’ll see exactly what the finished rooms will look like before construction begins. Clients consistently tell us the final result closely matches the renderings. For whole-house projects, this is especially valuable because you can see how your kitchen, bathrooms, and other spaces will feel as a unified whole.
