Most clients remain in their homes during a kitchen remodel. We protect unaffected areas, handle daily cleanup, and work to minimize disruption to your routine as much as possible.
Yes. We obtain and manage all required permits, including building, electrical, and plumbing. We don’t begin work without proper permits, which protects you legally and ensures everything is built to code.
Change orders are rare because of our comprehensive pre-construction planning. When they do happen, it’s typically due to structural issues found after demolition or a scope addition you request. We discuss any issue immediately with clear explanation and pricing.
