You won’t be handed off to a project manager who has never read your design documents or seen your material selections. We source 99% of materials for every project. This is a requirement of our design-build model because it ensures design cohesion, quality control, and warranty protection. Major items like cabinets and flooring must come through us. In rare cases involving very specific small items, exceptions may be discussed.

Yes. We manage all permit applications, fees, inspections, and coordination with local Maryland building departments. You don’t need to do anything related to permitting. It’s included in our scope and handled entirely by our team from start to finish.
