A Kitchen for a Growing Family
When this Fairfax County native began planning her kitchen renovation, she wanted to create a space where her family could actually live and grow together. With a second child on the way, she reached out to Boss Design Center after discovering a familiar name: Talha, her former wedding photographer.
Bringing Paris to Northern Virginia
The homeowner’s inspiration came from studying abroad in Paris. She wanted classic French elegance while maintaining the practical functionality a busy family needs. The goal: a bright, serene atmosphere with timeless appeal rather than trendy choices.
Form and Function in Every Decision
Talha served as a sounding board throughout the design process. When the homeowner brought Pinterest inspiration, he helped distinguish between passing trends and timeless choices. The result feels authentically European without sacrificing daily practicality.
One defining decision was the two-handle faucet over the farmhouse sink. The homeowner wrestled with the tradeoff, ultimately choosing form. This thoughtful decision-making, supported by expert guidance, defined the entire project.
